Who can enroll in your business plans? Any valid dive business may enroll in our business plans; Just Gotta Dive does not place any restrictions on business type or geographic location. Our business partners include dive centers, liveaboards, diving resorts, tour operators, scuba training organizations, and other dive-related companies from around the world.
What business plans are available? Just Gotta Dive offers business plans to satisfy every budget. Our self-service and managed plans are fee-based and share a similar feature set. With our self-service plan, you create and manage your own listings; in our managed service plan, Just Gotta Dive creates and manages your listings for you. Both plans include the ability to list your company in our Diving Directory, become a featured business partner, participate in our Preferred Rewards Program, promote your diving deals in our Scuba Marketplace, track your sales activity and more. How do your business plans work? Once you enroll in the plan most suitable for your business, you can begin to promote your company’s offerings. After your business listings are created, they will be showcased on our website, newsletter, social media posts, and tradeshow materials to divers who want what you have to offer. When one of your listings is booked, you will receive an invoice that contains our referral fee. Once this fee is paid, you will be provided access to the customer’s order which will contain all details required to arrange payment directly with the customer. After payment is received, you may review your business reports to obtain sales statistics.
How much money can I earn? Earnings are impossible to predict, but the sky is the limit. You can use the number of bookable business listings, the available spaces in each listing, the price for each available space, and your cost per space to help determine your earning potential.
Which method(s) can I use to pay your referral fees? Invoices containing our referral fees can be paid online for self-service plan participants; managed plan participants may pay online or by telephone. Just Gotta Dive accepts all major credit cards as payment.
Do I get a refund if my booking(s) fall through? No. Just Gotta Dive provides dive businesses with a platform they can use to promote their brand, showcase their offerings, acquire new leads, and track their sales activity. As such, we do not provide refunds for any of our fees.
How will you protect me from fraudulent bookings? Just Gotta Dive has security measures in place to ensure that our member accounts are created by real people not robots. In addition, we periodically review user activity to verify authenticity. Lastly, we have instituted a three-strike policy for all of our members. If a member submits a fraudulent booking or otherwise acts inappropriately, he/she can be reported using the report link on their profile. If this member is reported three times, they will be banned from using our site.
How will complaints about my company be handled? In most cases, the customer will express their concerns directly to you. If a customer contacts us directly to report a complaint, we will promptly reach out to you to share the issue(s) and work with all parties to resolve the matter in a timely fashion. Just Gotta Dive sends all clients that book listings through us a customer satisfaction survey; we will be more than happy to share their feedback with you.
What steps do I need to take to enroll in a business plan? Joining Just Gotta Dive as a business member will automatically enroll your company in our self-service business plan. If you would like to participate in our managed service plan, please contact us directly to begin the enrollment process. Our plans are super-flexible, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan whenever you wish.
