Catalina Island’s Cape Cortes has a maximum depth of 25 meters, with plenty to see in much shallower water. Here, you may encounter small horn sharks, a few rays, and lots of kelp fish, plus brilliant orange garibaldis and other fish. Look for lobsters, and don’t forget to take photos! Excellent for all.
