Which two conditions can cause a sudden case of unconsciousness which is extremely dangerous to diving?

The first is a seizure disorder and the second is diabetes.  During a seizure, a person often goes unconscious and for someone with diabetes whose insulin levels are off, passing out or going into a full-blown diabetes coma can happen.  Because both can occur unexpectedly, individuals suffering from these conditions should avoid scuba diving entirely.
