Owens Reef is as shallow as one meter in places, and has a maximum depth of 20 meters. Local dive operators say that this reef has the widest array of fish, of any reef in the area, plus they believe it has the most diverse coral growth. With swimthroughs and gorgonians, plus plenty of critters and the aforementioned fish, this is an excellent dive for all.
