How many marine species are endangered?

No one is really sure how many marine species are truly endangered.  However, there are a number that are known to be at high risk, including coral reefs, bluefin tuna, salmon, krill, sharks, and sea turtles.  There are also many cetaceans, which are whales and dolphins that face the threat of extinction.
