Who released the book, "Silent World", which would become one of the most influential of all books ever written introducing new people to the enjoyment and adventure of scuba diving?

This book was released by Jacques Cousteau, Frederic Dumas, and James Dugan in 1952, which features stories of wonderful underwater adventures.  Silent World was so well written that numerous divers purchased an Aqua Lung because of the book.
