The type of breast implant you have will matter when it comes to buoyancy. If you have a saline implant, then there will be no effect, but if you have a silicone implant then it will affect your buoyancy because silicone is denser than salt water, making you heavier. The bigger the implant, the heavier you are so you will want to be sure to make the appropriate adjustments to the amount of weight you require on your first dive so that you will be able to plan accordingly for subsequent dives.
