You can cancel your sponsorship subscription at any time; however, we are not able to offer a refund for the unused portion of your subscription since all subscription sales are final.
The following steps can be used to cancel your existing subscription: First, login to your account and select the “My Account” link in the top left. Second, once on your account page, select the “My Subscriptions” tab and then choose the “View Orders” link next to the sponsorship subscription that you wish to cancel. Third, select the “Cancel” link to your most recent order and confirm your desire to cancel.
You can re-enroll in the bronze, silver, gold, platinum, or diamond sponsorship subscription at any time here and regain access to any previously saved subscription data.
