How do I downgrade my marketplace subscription from Premium to Standard after the initial purchase?

You can downgrade your marketplace subscription from premium to standard at any time; however, we are not able to offer a refund for the unused portion of your subscription since all subscription sales are final. 

Before you can downgrade your subscription to standard, you must first cancel your existing premium subscription using the following steps: First, login to your account and select the “My Account” link in the top left. Second, once on your account page, select the “My Subscriptions” tab and then choose the “View Orders” link next to the marketplace subscription that you wish to cancel. Third, select the “Cancel” link to your most recent order and confirm your desire to cancel.

After your premium subscription is cancelled, you can then purchase a standard subscription here
