How will my shop be impacted by the downgrade of my marketplace subscription from Premium to Standard?

When downgrading your marketplace subscription from “Premium” to “Standard”, your business will lose the following benefits:

  • Higher number of active listings
  • Featured shop on the Marketplace landing page
  • Company logo
  • Shop banner
  • Shop announcements
  • Long description of your shop
  • Featured listings on your Marketplace Shop landing page
  • Additional listing exposure for your listings in our Travel section
  • Social Media “Follow” links to your brand
  • Mention of your listings by SDTN to our social media followers
  • Detailed statistics and reports for your shop

IMPORTANT: All marketplace subscriptions allow a maximum of 12 travel packages, 12 liveaboards, 12 dives, 12 training courses, and 12 tours to be saved for future use.  As you create new listings, the first 12 listings of each type are automatically saved.  When downgrading your premium marketplace subscription, you should review each of your listings to ensure that the items being saved are those that you truly want to save; all other items will be deleted.  You can change which listings are saved by editing the listing and selecting the “Save” link in the Overview section above the ratings to “Save” the listing for future use OR selecting the “Unsave” link in the Overview section above the ratings to “Unsave” the listing.

In addition, the long description of your shop will be removed along with your shop’s logo, banner, announcements, featured listings, social media links, and statistics and reports.
