Cephalopods generally have a large, bulbous head and a number of arms or tentacles that have small suckers on them. They come in a variety of colors and sizes and they often will be camouflaged with their background. The nautiloids actually have a coiled shell in which they live and the other cephalopods have an internal shell that cannot be seen.
