What is the smallest fish?

The smallest fish in the world is the tiny goby, a fish that lives in semi-brackish water in the Philippines.  This fish only grows to be close to 1.5 cm (half an inch) long, but there are so many of them, they are fished in plenty and actually support the fishing industry.
