What is the three strike rule associated with the Marketplace Program?

A shop will earn one strike each time it posts content, comments, and/or reviews that violate SDTN's terms and conditions.  Additionally, one strike will also be earned each time a shop fails to pay their invoice within the 48 hour window allocated to respond to a customer order.  Once a shop earns three strikes, it will be terminated from the Marketplace Program and all other advertising programs in which it is enrolled; no refund will be issued for the unused portion of a subscription. Lastly, upon termination from any advertising program, a shop will be banned from using Scuba Divers Travel Network.
