What are the predisposing factors of dysbaric osteonecrosis or caisson's disease?

Scuba divers that are over the age of 30, partake in deep diving, experience lengthy dives, and have had inadequate decompressions are susceptible to Caisson's Disease or dysbaric osteonecrosis.
