Join Bocas Water Sports and the Garden of Eden Bed and Breakfast for a week of diving and eco-adventure designed to renew your spirit and invigorate your mind. These retreats are designed to help you improve your diving while enjoying the beautiful Caribbean waters of Bocas Del Toro. Are you tired of jumping into the murky gravel pit or the high mountain lake for your open water dives then consider beautiful Bocas Del Toro. We have long been a premiere surf destination but we also have great “WATER” below the waves! Bocas Del Toro boasts year around water temperatures of 82 degrees so you do not have to worry about that 3ml wet suite to do your diving comfortably. We have great visibility and calm surface water during the time of year we schedule our retreats so we can get out to the DIVE sites that are off the “beaten path” Oh and did we mention no cattle boats! Our dive retreats are designed for small focused groups. We only take 8 divers in a boat with a maximum of 16. This is a great place for divers with spouses who do not dive. Garden of Eden can set up daily activities for the non-diver or consider getting your certification while here.
Day One:Arrival into Bocas Del Toro and transport to The Garden of Eden, your base for the next 5 nights/ 6 days. Be greeted with welcome refreshments and your orientation for the week. Days Two, Three & Four:Enjoy 3 Open Water Dives daily and 1 optional Night Dive, where you will get to experience the many beautiful local dive sites in the area. Day Five :Being your last ‘No Fly’ day, you can enjoy a day excursion with park and private property entrance fees included. Day excursions can include: Zapatilla turtle nesting park and Coral Caye snorkeling trip Guided kayak trips thru the mangrove bays looking for water birds, rays, skates, and other mangrove fauna. Natural Spring caves and rainforest hike Hike to Polo Beach or Long Beach Oreba cacao farm and chocolate tour Massage by the pool or in your room Red frog Zip line Visit a local indigenous village and rainforest hike Day Six:Enjoy your last breakfast here at The Garden of Eden, followed by transportation back to Bocas Del Toro.
