Unlimited shore diving around the scenic Cornish coastline, workshops, competitions, and entertainment are just some of the things that make the Cornwall Scuba Fest fantastic fun! Kick off the 2015 diving season or bring your non-diving friends along to discover diving in the BSAC pool. Registration is free. Cornwall Scuba Fest – When
The Cornwall Scuba Fest kicks off on the evening of Friday, 1st May, with live music in the Seahorse Centre at Pentewan. Exhibits, diving, and fun of all sorts takes place from Saturday, 2nd May, to Monday, 4th May, 2015, over the much anticipated Spring Bank Holiday.
Many of the boats are offering charters beginning Friday and continuing through Monday.

Cornwall Scuba Fest – Event Highlights
For 2015, the Cornwall Scuba Fest offers divers the chance to celebrate the long weekend enjoying a fabulous beginning to the dive season. A divers “Toy Town” complete with some of scuba diving’s top manufacturers gives you the opportunity to see what’s new in gadgetry.
PADI tech experience dives provide a chance to try out twinsets, sidemounts, and rebreathers in the comfort and safety of the pool. At the BSAC Pool, beginners can try their hand at diving, and fun SSI Freediving and apnea workshops provide an introduction to the art of breath holding.
Submit your best photos in the photo competition and take advantage of underwater photography workshops courtesy of Sea & Sea, and be sure to take part in individual and club competitions for the chance to win great prizes.
This family-friendly event also features BSAC beachcomber and snorkeling workshops for all ages, and a full entertainment programme includes live bands. Try your hand at the karaoke disco, if you dare!
