How will complaints about my company be handled?

In most cases, the customer will express their concerns directly to you.  If a customer contacts us directly to report a complaint, we will promptly reach out to you to share the issue(s) and work with all parties to resolve the matter in a timely fashion.  Just Gotta Dive sends all clients that book listings through us a customer satisfaction survey; we will be more than happy to share their feedback with you.
